YES, I've been pretty busy working in the vineyards and I'm enjoying it (a lot). New friends and projects are awesome, too.
YES, having my 1st Squadron, Second Armored Cavalry Regiment officer buddy Brian visit (again, after so many years) and shooting the shit while going on a 20.000 step walk together in the rain in the Zeilitzheim countryside was awesome.
YES, it's good to look back from time to time because it puts things in perspective and helps you look forward, too.
